Questions about logging in

How do I log in to my store?

Select "Log in to your dashboard" and sign in with the email and password you used when you created your store, your Google account or a one-time code sent on WhatsApp.

I've forgotten my password

Open the login page and choose "Forgot password". Enter your email and we'll send you a link to set a new password.

I manage more than one store

Log in once with your account. If it has access to several stores, you choose the one to open after signing in and can switch between them from the dashboard.

I'm a staff member, not the owner

Log in with the email your store owner invited you with. You will see the store and the sections you were given access to.

I don't have a store yet

Choose "Create your store" to sign up. You can set up your store, add products and start selling in a few minutes.
