Each plan comes with monthly message credits, from 1,000 to 15,000. Each WhatsApp message or email uses 1 credit, and you can top up any time.

If I want to leave at any time, what happens to my data?

Your data is yours. You can export your products and orders from the dashboard at any time, and the subscription is monthly.

Why a fixed subscription instead of a cut of every order?

Paying per order looks cheaper at first, but it grows with every order, with marketing apps on top. Our price stays fixed however much you sell, and the tools are in the plan. Run your own numbers.

Does cash-on-delivery money pass through you?

No. The shipping company collects from the shopper and pays you on your own contract, and online payments reach your account through your gateway. We only take the subscription.

My store sells every day. Will moving stop my sales?

No. Moving doesn't affect your old store, which keeps running until you switch the domain. Install the same pixel, place a test order, then switch. What moves, exactly.

Do I need a contract with a payment gateway?

For online payments, yes: the contract is yours, and we take no cut on top. Cash on delivery works from day one.

Why are prices in Egyptian pounds?
