🔧 Tracking your current plan from the Billing page

From the sidebar, open Store settings then choose Billing.

At the top of the page you'll find the Active subscription card with details: the current plan name, its monthly price in Egyptian pounds, the subscription start date, and the next renewal date with a progress bar for the days remaining in the cycle.

Next to the card are two buttons: Renew now to renew the same plan immediately, and Change plan to view all available plans and switch to another one.

Below the subscription card you'll find Marketing credit — a balance separate from the subscription price, renewed monthly, and used for marketing email and WhatsApp messages.
💡 The extra credit you purchase for your marketing balance never expires and is added on top of your monthly allotted credit — unlike the monthly balance itself, which renews each billing cycle.

Is marketing credit part of the subscription price?
No, the monthly marketing credit renews automatically with your plan, but any extra credit you purchase is billed as a separate purchase from your subscription invoice.
If my plan is about to expire, does the subscription renew automatically?
The progress bar shows the days remaining, and we noticed a (Renew now) button explicitly available — this is an indicator that renewal may not be fully automatic, so it's best to keep an eye on the renewal date and renew manually if needed.
