What we found and didn't find about how you pay for your TakeTheme subscription.

🔧 Available subscription payment methods
1
We reviewed the Billing page and the Change plan page in full, looking for a dedicated section for managing a "saved payment card" for the subscription.
2
The only clearly available field on the Change plan page is the "Have a discount code?" field for entering discount coupons, not for managing bank cards.
📍 The empty payment history — the closest section to subscription financial transactions in the demo account
⚠️ Verification note: Since the demo account had no actual paid subscription during testing, we didn't reach a screen for entering or managing payment card details directly — it most likely appears automatically when choosing a plan and clicking "Select" for the first time (a step that involves sensitive payment data, so we didn't complete it in the test environment).
💡 The payment gateways you manage for your store (Kashier, Paymob, etc., from the "Payment Gateways" page) are completely separate from how you pay for your TakeTheme subscription itself — the two don't share the same setup.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Can I pay my subscription with an e-wallet or bank transfer instead of a card?
We haven't verified the available payment methods in detail since we didn't reach the actual payment screen — contact TakeTheme support to confirm all the methods supported for your account specifically.
Is my card data stored securely?
Any processing of bank card data typically goes through a certified external payment gateway that follows standard security practices (PCI DSS) rather than being stored directly on TakeTheme's servers — for the exact details of your case, check the privacy policy or ask support directly.
