🔧 Upgrading or downgrading between plans
1
From the Billing page, click Change plan above your active subscription card.
2
You'll see the three available plans side by side: Launch (EGP 599/month), Pro (EGP 1,250/month, marked with a "Most popular" badge), and Scale (EGP 3,450/month).
3
Compare each plan's limits (available staff accounts, and other limits like products and orders) before deciding — your current plan is marked with a green "Current plan" badge.
4
Click Select under the plan you want — whether upgrading to a higher plan or downgrading to a lower one, the same button starts the change process.
5
If you have a discount code, enter it in the "Have a discount code?" field at the top of the page and click Apply coupon before confirming your selection.
⚠️ Verification note: We did not complete an actual plan change on a live demo account to avoid altering real billing data, so the details of the final confirmation screen (proration calculation when upgrading mid-cycle) haven't been directly documented in this article.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
If I upgrade to a higher plan mid-month, do I pay the difference immediately?
The exact financial details for calculating the difference appear on the upgrade confirmation screen after clicking "Select" — review them there before final confirmation.
Can I go back to a lower plan after upgrading?
Yes, from the same Change plan page you can choose a lower plan at any time, but if your new plan has lower limits than what you're actually using (like more staff accounts than the allowed limit), you'll need to adjust the difference manually first.
Does the discount code apply automatically with every renewal?
We haven't verified the discount code's validity period — check the coupon's own terms or contact support to confirm whether it carries over across upcoming billing cycles.
