❓ Frequently Asked Questions
The Customers section isn't showing for me, why?
Make sure you're logged in with an account that has full admin access — some limited staff roles (see Store settings → Team members) can hide certain sections from the sidebar.
What's the difference between Smart offers and Manage offers?
Manage offers is for simple discount coupons (percentage or fixed amount), while Smart offers is for more complex offers like buy-one-get-one-free or post-purchase offers (upsell).
