🔧 Steps to upload your first product

Go to Products → Add Product from the sidebar.

Click Add Product and fill in the product name, price, and description.

Upload at least one product image — this is a required condition to publish.

Set a price — you can also add a compare-at price to show a discount.

Choose a category so the product appears in the right place in your store.

Watch the Ready to publish box at the top left of the page — 4 conditions must be met (product name, at least one image, a price set, and a category selected) before you can publish the product.
💡 If you want to upload more than one product at once instead of adding them one by one, use Products → Import and upload a file with all your product data at once.

What's the difference between a physical and a digital product?
A physical product needs shipping and stock; a digital product (like a course or downloadable file) needs no shipping, and the customer gets it directly after payment.
Can I publish a product without an image?
No, an image is a required condition within the "Ready to publish" box — you need at least one image before you can publish the product.
Does the cost per item show up to the customer in the store?
No, this is an internal field only for calculating profit margin, and it doesn't appear on the product page for the end customer.
