💡 We reviewed the automation channels page and the campaign creation form in detail, and found no channel option named SMS in the TakeTheme dashboard at the time this article was written. The channels actually available for campaigns are Email and WhatsApp only.
🔧 Steps to create a WhatsApp marketing campaign

From Automated Campaigns → + New automated campaign, choose Segment campaign (the type that lets you send a targeted manual message).

In the Channels and templates section, enable the WhatsApp checkbox only (or together with Email as well if you'd like).

Before sending, make sure the WhatsApp channel is actually connected from Automated Campaigns → Channels — via WATI or the WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta).

Choose the targeted customer segment, write the message content or choose a ready-made template, then enable the campaign.
