🔧 Steps to migrate your store from Shopify
Before importing, create the Categories for your products manually from Products → Categories — the migration from Shopify moves product data only and doesn't create categories automatically.
From the Products page, click the Import button at the top right of the page.
Choose External Provider (not Our Template), then choose Shopify from the list of available platforms.
Upload an export file (Export CSV) of your products from your Shopify dashboard (from Products → Export), and upload it here to start the import.
💡 This method migrates product data (name, price, quantity, images) only. Orders and customers are not migrated automatically, and you'll need to link categories to each product manually after importing.
💡 The migration tool (External Provider) is available only on the Pro and Scale plans — if your store is on the Launch plan, you'll need to upgrade your plan first.

No, the current import option is dedicated to product data only.
