🔧 Steps to print an order invoice
From the order details page (Orders → open the order), click the Print button at the top of the page to see the available print options.
Choose Print order page to print or save the order details as a PDF file via your browser's print window.
From the same print menu, you can also print packing slips for the order's items — useful when preparing a shipment before handing it to the shipping carrier.
💡 Important: there is currently no tool in the TakeTheme dashboard to customize the look or design of the invoice (no logo, no colors, no additional fields) — we verified this directly from Store settings → General and found nothing there besides the currency setting. The printed invoice is generated in a fixed, ready-made format by the system.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add my store's logo to the printed invoice?
No, there's no customization option currently available for the invoice layout — the format is fixed by the system with no place to add a logo or custom colors.
Is the invoice sent to the customer automatically, or do I have to print it manually?
Printing from the dashboard is separate from sending the invoice to the customer — to send a payment invoice to the customer, use the "Send invoice" button from the same order page (see the "Processing orders" article).
Can I print an invoice for several orders at once?
The current print options work at the level of a single order from its details page — there's no bulk printing for multiple orders from the list page.
