🔍 Comparing payment gateway fees
We reviewed the entire Payment Gateways page in the TakeTheme dashboard, and did not find fee percentages (Fees %) displayed for any gateway (Kashier, Paymob, Tabby, Tamara) within the setup interface itself — the page only shows connection fields (API Keys), with no pricing or fee comparison table.
💡 Important: each gateway's fees (a percentage of the transaction value, plus a fixed fee sometimes) are set in your direct commercial contract with the payment provider (Kashier, Paymob, Tabby, Tamara) — not from the TakeTheme dashboard. Fees vary based on your store's size, the type of your business, and the plan you've subscribed to with each provider.
🔧 How do you compare actual fees?
Open each payment provider's own dashboard (Kashier Dashboard, Paymob Dashboard, etc.) and look for a Pricing or Fees section in your account.
Or contact each provider's sales team directly to request an official quote based on your store's expected sales volume.
Also compare the settlement time — how fast profits are transferred to your bank account — between providers, not just the fee percentage, since it affects your store's cash flow.

Does TakeTheme take an extra commission on payments?
That comes down to the details of your plan and subscription — check the Billing & Plans page in your account or contact the sales team for exact details.
Why doesn't the TakeTheme dashboard show fee percentages for each gateway?
Because fees are set in a separate contract between you and each payment provider, and they vary from merchant to merchant — TakeTheme only provides the technical connection point.
