🔧 Steps to connect the Kashier gateway

From the dashboard's sidebar, click the Settings icon.

From the Settings menu, choose Payment Gateway, then click Configure under the Kashier card.

In the Kashier setup window, enter your connection details, then click Save:
1 — The API Key for your Kashier account.
2 — The Merchant ID (MID) shown in your Kashier dashboard.

💡 After clicking "Save," Kashier's status switches from Inactive to Active immediately, and it starts appearing as a payment option for customers at checkout — no need to republish the store.

❓ Frequently asked questions

Where do I get my API Key and Merchant ID?

From your Kashier dashboard itself, under the Developer or Integration Settings section — contact Kashier support if you can't find them.

Can I enable more than one payment gateway at the same time?

Yes, you can enable Kashier alongside other gateways like Paymob or Stripe, and the customer picks whichever method suits them at checkout.

Why isn't the Kashier gateway showing to the customer even though it's Active?

Make sure the API Key and Merchant ID are correct, and that the currency enabled in your store settings is supported by Kashier. If the issue persists, open a support ticket.
