🔧 Steps to connect Paymob

From Settings, open Payment Gateways to view all the gateways available to connect, then click Configure under the Paymob card.

In the Paymob setup window, fill in 3 fields from your Paymob dashboard itself, then click Save:

1 — Your Paymob account's Integration ID.

2 — Secret Key.

3 — Public Key.

💡 After saving, Paymob's status switches to Active immediately, and it appears as a card payment option to the customer at checkout.

💬 About InstaPay

We reviewed the full list of payment gateways in the dashboard and did not find a separate card named "InstaPay" that can be connected independently — instant payment methods like InstaPay are typically available as an additional payment option through a gateway like Paymob itself (depending on your plan and your account setup with the payment provider), not as a separate gateway inside the TakeTheme dashboard.

💡 If you need to confirm whether InstaPay is available as an option within your Paymob account or not, open a support ticket with the TakeTheme team or check your account directly in the Paymob dashboard.

Where do I get the Integration ID, Secret Key, and Public Key?

From your Paymob dashboard itself, under the Developers or API Keys section — contact Paymob support if you can't find them.

Can I enable Paymob and Kashier together?

Yes, you can enable more than one payment gateway at the same time, and the customer will choose whichever method suits them at checkout.
