The current state of printing shipping labels, and the expected steps after connecting a shipping company.

🔍 Current state of printing shipping labels
We reviewed the Print menu on the order details page in the test store (with no active shipping company connected), and found only two available options:
1 — Print order page.
2 — Print Packing Slips.
💡 Important: we did not find a "Print shipping label" option in the print menu at the time of review, because the test store had no active shipping company connected that supports issuing labels. A shipping label (Shipping Label/Waybill) is normally generated from within the Fulfillment page itself, after connecting an actual shipping company (such as Bosta, Mylerz, or Turbo) — see the "Creating a shipment and tracking its status" article for the actual steps after connecting.
🔧 General expected steps after connecting a shipping company
Connect the shipping company you need (Bosta / Mylerz / Turbo) from Settings → Shipping Companies.
Open the details of the order you want, and go to the Fulfillment page.
Choose the shipping company from the carrier list, enter the tracking number if available, then save — a print or download option for the label linked to the active shipping company is expected to appear.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't I find a print shipping label button?
Most likely because you haven't yet made an active connection to a shipping company that supports issuing labels. Connect a shipping company first (Bosta/Mylerz/Turbo) from Settings → Shipping Companies.
What's the difference between a packing slip and a shipping label?
A packing slip is a list of the order's contents for internal preparation, while a shipping label (Shipping Label) is the official sticker placed on the parcel, containing the recipient's details and the shipping company's tracking barcode.
