From Settings, open Shipping Companies, and click Set up under the Turbo card.

Enter two fields from your Turbo merchant account then click Save:

1 — API Key.

2 — Client Code.

We reviewed the entire Turbo setup window and found no setting inside the TakeTheme dashboard itself for Turbo zone pricing or geographic coverage — the only two available fields are the connection credentials (API Key and Client Code). Turbo's actual shipping rates and geographic coverage are managed entirely from the Turbo account itself, and are applied automatically when a shipping label is created for any order after connecting.
