From the sidebar, open Tracking → Tracking, and you'll find a separate section for each platform (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google) with an input field for its pixel ID.
The pixel tracks directly from the customer's browser, while CAPI (Conversions API) sends the same data directly from the TakeTheme server — more accurate and less affected by ad blockers.
Common reasons: the different attribution window, ad blockers, CAPI not being enabled, or the same conversion being double-counted across two platforms. See the "Why don't the Ads Manager numbers match?" article for details.
Make a test purchase and watch for the Purchase event to appear in each platform's event testing tool (Meta Events Manager, TikTok Events Manager, etc.).
No, connecting pixels from the tracking page in TakeTheme is separate from Google Tag Manager — GTM is an additional tool for managing other tracking codes.
From Tracking → Product Feed, copy the link for the relevant feed and paste it into the dashboard of the ad platform you need.
